Service advisor was not available at appointment time. Advisor who checked me in did not provide the estimated cost for an oil change and cabin filter. I received a text after diagnostics. I declined the tire and the text included a price for the oil change a filter. The invoice I was presented when the service was completed was over $100 more than the text I received after diagnostics. Service advisor said the charges should have been outlined to me when I checked in. Didn’t happen that way. More
