Took all day to have a rear brake light replaced (from 11 am to 5 pm). We were offered an Uber ride, but we decided to wait at dealership instead of going home and back. I experience post-traumatic stress going into the dealership because a couple of years ago, when we had the car cleaned and detailed there, someone (we assume it must have been an employee working in the detail shop) stole everything we'd left in the car, worth several hundred dollars. The manager never spoke to us and no one apologized. No one took any degree of responsibility. Disappointing to say the least. More

Sandia BMW did an amazing job at taking care of all my vehicle needs! I recently bought a car from Santa Fe BMW and had gotten an alert that the coolant was leaking. Fast forward in the story and it was looking like I was going to have to pay lots of money to get it fixed. It didn’t seem right to my husband and I. Thankfully we had Zach Mayne who really helped us out and advocating for us! He’s customer service is exceptional and he really went above and beyond. He did a lot of back and forth with management over at Santa Fe and we were able to get our vehicle fixed!! I highly recommend Zach Mayne to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service. Cory did an awesome job or providing me information about the status of my repairs and the technician sent me a video of the inspection prior to performing any work.
