I wasn’t thinking about an appointment, I was preoccupied with the vibration made when I applied the brakes. Cory checked with the mechanics to see if they can get me in, and a few hours later done. Another terrific experience having my wife's BMW 428i serviced at Sandia BMW. The work is always done in a professional manner and they even will send you a video via text to show you and explain the work that needs to be done. Service Manager Jake Mueller is an expert in providing great customer service and strives to make sure that you are informed of every issue in a timely and proficient manner. Jake's communication skills and knowledge of the service department result in seamless transactions. I would give him 6 stars if it were possible
