In state Mini Service Provider. Two visits so far, great service department, trustworthy communication from Jonathon. Reasonable prices, customer service has been top notch.

Our service provider Armando is the best! He was so knowledgeable of the needs of my vehicle and explained everything from start to finish. We were so impressed with his great customer service and professionalism. He sent us videos of the work that was done on my BMW, which was impressive. I rate 10 out of 10 for our visit. Sandia Mini Service department always does a great job. I appreciate the technician’s videos, which actually show me the work needed, and the rating system providing me with immediate concerns and things to be aware of. I always feel respected and valued by the team. I’ve been taking my Minis there exclusively since purchasing my first one in 2005, and can highly recommend them.
Communication between Service & Techicians is ZERO. Service employees are overworked and it seems they are not supported by Dealer Management.
