Excellent service. - Martin

Excellent service. Good communication with Braden and Trini. We told them what we wanted in our Palisade. They had to ship it in and we got it within a week. Didnt rush us into anything since we knew what we wanted. Definitely 5 stars *****!! FINANCE we would of loved to work with our Credit Union FLCU. We were asked if we had a credit union so we assumed we would be working with them, not someone from the North East. We love our car, just got back from Vegas on our first trip. Thanks Braden

I had a awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma 4X4 - mmnokaoi77

I had a awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma 4X4 from American Toyota in Albuquerque, and I especially want to thank my salesman, Julian. Julian was fantastic from start to finish. He never pressured me into making a decision and took the time to show me several different Tacoma's so I could find the one that was right for me. He also went the extra mile to help me locate the specific Tacoma I wanted "Magnetic Double Cab 4X4 Sun Roof. What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward Julian was throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was just another customer. By the end of the experience, I honestly felt like I was dealing with a good friend, and we became friends. I highly recommend Julian to anyone looking for a Toyota. If you're looking for someone who is honest, patient, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding you the right vehicle, definitely ask for Julian at American Toyota!

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley - Renee

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

Were willing to work with me for quite some time to - alex garay

Were willing to work with me for quite some time to negotiate a deal, the numbers looked very good but not quite what I was aiming for and we weren't able to come to an agreement. I worked with Alan Sanchez and he was a blast to work with and I would say went WELL beyond above and beyond. He was respectful and honest and I appreciate that. If you do come shop here, reach out to Alan.

Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. - squidley42

Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. The salesperson, Jonathan Chavez, was very low pressure and helpful. There was some confusion in getting reimbursed for windshield repairs but Monica Jaramillo got it all sorted. My wife loves her RAV4 and we are happy with our experience.

I recently purchased from them and it was the worst - mejoann

I recently purchased from them and it was the worst experience ever. This dealership is not transparent and will pack on warranties without the customers knowledge; they are deceptive. They operate using shady business practices. If you do buy from them, take a screenshot of everything you sign, as soon as you sign it. They will not give you copies of the forms.

2nd elantra - celtbl

we purchased a 2010 elantra 8 years ago found the sales people responsive and helpful. This was the reason I went back. Missy and the staff were every bit as professional and helpful this time as well.

Thank you very much Claire for all of your help with the - soileaumoore

Thank you very much Claire for all of your help with the purchase of my new vehicle. You helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me. The purchase process was extremely easy. I enjoyed meeting you and your entire team at Integrity Automotive. Ya’ll are not only a great car dealership who goes the extra mile for a customer, but you provide excellent service setting the bar to a higher level. Y’all are not just a dealership, you are like family. I will be referring my friends and family to y’all and I will be coming to purchase vehicles from you in the future.

Service department needs work. - jordanzu

Service department needs work. Still waiting to hear back about getting 4runner fixed. No callback

Hmm where do i start. - mykall1

Hmm where do i start.... purchased a truck from the dealership less than 30 days later needed a new turbo after they said it was "Normal waste gate noise " took to another ASE certified shop they said was turbo took back to M&F on coors with documentation saying bad turbo.... they than fixed that issue.. but there is a laundry list of stuff that was brought up within 72 hours of the purchase of the vehicle... NOT FIXED.... Minimal customer service.... AND LESS THAN 4 MONTH'S LATER A ALMOST 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIR BILL FROM FORD!!!!!!! GUESS THERE "120 POINT INSPECTION" SHOULD BE 121 CAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH IT FROM THE START!!!!! SO IN MY EYES I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ANOTHER DEALER BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Salesperson that showed me the car went above and beyond - Vodaverde

Salesperson that showed me the car went above and beyond to send me pictures and videos of the car because I live out of town. Once I got to the dealership he had a great attitude and no pressure to buy.

I purchased a car from Mrs price she was something when - johnphoenix35

I purchased a car from Mrs price she was something when the car for towed into town a month later with service engine light and blown part .. I land up paying for the repair which I shouldn't.. the service advisor named josh release insisted it was resetting itself ? .. malfunction light pops on afterwards.. from service light to malfunction light ....now I have more issues . I take it back two weeks later josh calls and tell me they can't fix it and I have to take it to bmw and pay to fix it cause they can't do anything else wow .. so I bought a car with a 6 month 6000 mile which ever comes first .. well it doesn't cover anything on a used car? Customer must get extended warranty to cover cost associated with unforeseen issues.. ?

What a refreshing experience, very casual, low pressure - dclairmoff

What a refreshing experience, very casual, low pressure and customer focused. Jonathan and Saul were great to work with, I got exactly what I was looking for. Of course, there's no negotiating with Honda these days but trade-in value was pretty acceptable. I had several bad interactions with the major dealers in this area and sales people either didn't return calls or want to discuss my needs, since I was paying cash plus a 5 year old trade-in. I can tell you that the next Honda I buy will come from Desert Sun. Ask for Jonathan Irick!

We had to go on person which worked out great. - NTSALL4

I write this with and understanding that any one whom - You suck

I write this with and understanding that any one whom does business with them will without a doubt live to regret that they did! It is with what I had and have experienced as well inflicted by ! Yes that's not a mistake "inflicted" by those who have not any problems with doing whatever is needed to sell you or get to buy from them and nIthing is outbounds or no lie to big or small as long as you can get the customer to sign and committ whatever however! And if it is you think you have seen it all and are an experienced buyer l who will not be taken advantage of will I say this be the bar was so low that not an anyway could I have thought or saw or believed it could get any lower ! I wax wrong! And how is it that they can do business like this ! Well because the can and they continue ad long as they maintain the relationship with the people and those who could put a stop to their shanigans witch I would state a deliberate and is aswell criminal! In my view! And it is if those relationships are with who would you guess it's not very difficult to figure out just go look on their posts on the social media sites and see there events and along with the staff cooking the hot dogs and the kids next to the clown you'll see the names that matter along with those who enforce what ultimately matters so so with that and the revenue that is generated for the state the community and the jobs the likely hood that the ways will not change ! So when I read the comment about the extended warranty or service contract that was canceled and were still waiting for a rorated refund well considered your fortunate could have been where it was canceled not by you the owner of it and find out that it was canceled and refund of prorated balance does not show itself for 7 months

Great service. - Kevin Sanchez

Great service. Jose answers all of my questions. I ended up with a new Ram Truck.
