Excellent experience - Iram123

Very relaxed atmosphere. The sales person all the way to Finance Manager so friendly, not like other car dealers they were not pushy at all, very inviting. Great hospitality.

Had a deal on a Volvo, where the company would ship it to - Jolson

Had a deal on a Volvo, where the company would ship it to me. Got financing and a purchase order. Then I heard nothing for a couple days, then a couple more, then a couple more. Turns out the employee I'd been working with quit, I was supposed to call, even though I was told to wait for a call. They reneged on doing the shipping and told me it actually hadnt gone through inspection yet and want able to be sold, then started telling me about why the original salesmen didn't work there and idk it was weird but I didn't get my car after being strung along for a while, which caused a time crunch in getting a car.

Buyer beware! - MatthewC

Buyer beware! If you have a vehicle transported and discover that the vehicle has significant problems they will gas light you and try to make you believe that you are somehow wrong or at fault. They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation. This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue" So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." The vehicle arrived with problems and they claim I should pay the transport fee. Go to CarMax - they are honest about their vehicles conditions!

Bad service and will cuss you out I’ve had a bad experience with them before

Dedicated salesmen - Jo

My son and I had a great experience buying a car from Dan and Paul. After searching for a reliable used car for a couple weeks that would be reasonably priced, these two were a god send. The show room and parking lot were very pleasant. They stayed over an hour after closing to help with getting insurance on the vehicle (we got there to look at the vehicle close to closing). I found them to be very honest and a pleasure to work with.

We did an inquiry online. - Lisa

We did an inquiry online. The dealership was very quick to respond. Had all the financing worked out before we drove to Albuquerque. Did a test drive, son loved the car. Paperwork only took about 35 minutes. We were at the dealership less than and hour and half. Car was as advertised, very clean and ran great. They even filled the tank before we left. All the staff was very helpful and professional. Would buy from them again.
