I arrived at the BMW dealership around 9:15 this morning, not knowing what to expect because it was my first time there.. I checked in with Jennifer Merrifield who would later become very helpful. I met Mark Kaminski, a salesman’s at BMW. He was fantastic to talk to. My wait time was longer than expected, but it was OK. I had 2 cups of coffee, and I was offered Dunkin’ Donuts. I did like, that. My overall experience at BMW was good.

The dealership is great very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They can answer any and all of the questions you have. I never felt pressured about buying the car. The follow up calls have been helpful when learning all of the features of the car. Love my BMW.

Just recently decided to lease a new vehicle for My wife everything went smooth. But what a shame that a big corporate like open road preffer to save and cut corners on something super important like the cleaning of the new cars for delivery. In my case im in the car detailing business and made a huge request to my sales rep to Make sure the vehicle was clean the right way upon our arrival to pick up the new car. Once we arrived to the dealer walk around the new car and found multiple spots that werent clean. I mentioned to my sales person and i was shock when his answer was oh sorry but our detail guys dont get pay much that i should clean it since im In the car detailing business . Im sorry to hear that but i think that has nothing to do it shouldnt even be part of the conversation … Dealers dont forget as custumers we are paying for new cars we expect that new car smell new car look experienced.

Zero stars. I found out 2 months after purchasing a high end Preowned vehicle that it had a cracked and bent wheel and needed new brakes! Not one person ever responded to my concerns. Unethical business. Do not buy here unless you want to get ripped off and don’t want a loner vehicle available. Worst dealership experience ever.

Where to start. Came in for specific issues, there report came back as everything is ok, problems can’t be replicated when technician test drove car. Well ended up taking it to 2 other local BMW within 2 month span and sure enough, there was repairs that we’re definitely overlooked and missed at Newton. Think twice before bringing to this BMW dealer!!!!!

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
