What I appreciated most was how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely low-pressure he was throughout the entire process. He gave me plenty of time to test drive the car around the track and never rushed me. I was actually deciding between two different i4s, and Angelo gave me the space to compare them, think it through, and make my own decision without trying to steer me toward one or the other. That made a huge difference. The entire dealership experience was equally impressive. The pricing was very competitive, BMW Financial offered an excellent rate, and the whole process was incredibly efficient—I was in and out in under two hours. I also decided the following day that I wanted to add an extended warranty, and they made that process easy as well. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Most importantly, I felt good when I left the dealership. There was no pressure, no buyer’s remorse, and no feeling that I had been “sold” something. I simply felt like I had bought the car I wanted at a great price from people who treated me well. And after spending some time with the i4 eDrive35, I love it even more than I did on the test drive. It’s an absolutely fantastic car. I highly recommend BMW of Turnersville, and especially Angelo, if you’re looking for a BMW and want a relaxed, professional buying experience. More
