Sales was great, customer service was great, vehicle I bought has leaked oil since I bought it. Had it in the shop 3 times and got it back yesterday. Took a trip to Edwardsville today and on the way back started smelling burning oil again. I try not to be a thorn, but when you pay this much for a truck, you kinda expect it to not leak oil, especially being a 2020.

Critters chewed up my wiring on my EV car. Fortunately, the light came on and I took it in to have it checked out. They found the chewed wiring and would not let me drive home. They provided a loaner car for me so I wasn't stranded. This occurred over Thanksgiving, so a lot of time was lost. Tom was excellent to work with, he communicated with me multiple times as we waited on the insurance adjuster then the parts. I knew my car was in good hands. I used to go to a different Chevrolet service department - I was not happy with them. I've been very happy with the service @ Landers and I've always worked with Tom.

After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership. They listen, they question, and they presented solutions to my current vehicle needs. Thank you Jeremiah and Zach for your help.

My experience was absolutely perfect! Cory Johnson is a great salesman and is extremely knowledgeable about every detail regarding the truck I purchased. When it came down to the deal Shaun LaBeau and Randy Wells, were very honest and upfront with me regarding the price. They didn't play any games with me. They treated me, my wife & kids like family. I have purchased 9 GM vehicles in the last 25 years and this was my first at Poage, and by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.

In 2006, I bought the Impala and it's been my everyday car since the first day of purchase. I bought the 2025 Equinox last week, and I expect it to be as enjoyable and dependable as the Impala. Customer Service Review for Cable Dahmer Chevrolet (103rd & State Line) I recently visited Cable Dahmer Chevrolet on 103rd and State Line to get my 2018 2500HD serviced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Makayla and Ivan. Ivan is usually my go-to guy for all things service-related, but he was off work today. Thankfully, Makayla stepped up and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to pull up all of my service records and even located my current warranties, providing me with their end dates. It was a huge relief knowing I can enjoy stress-free vehicle coverage for a while! Makayla also gave me excellent advice on what should be prioritized for service next to prevent potential major issues down the road. She even provided a detailed “quote” printout for those services, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, the service technicians performed a complimentary multi-point inspection on my truck, identifying more areas to address in the future—a great example of the proactive care this dealership provides. Although I live in Gladstone, MO, I gladly make the drive from the Northland to this location because of the exceptional customer service.
