I found the vehicle I was looking for on their lot and worked with salesman Kerryon Smith. He was awesome and did his very best to make it happen. I was to have 4 new tires included in the sale but when I worked with salesman Kerryon Smith. He was awesome and did his very best to make it happen. I was to have 4 new tires included in the sale but when I went to pick it up there were only 2 new front tires. Someone in the service dept. felt the rear tires were still ok due to tread depth, however they were 12 yr old OEM tires on a 2015 Camaro SS. Not their decision to make as it was on my contract for all new tires. I told Kerryon it was not acceptable and he got that straightened out quickly. The tires were ordered and installed on 8/20/26. It was a struggle to get a scheduled time for the shop to do it, but with a couple more phone calls and speaking to Cassandra, she got me in quickly, and first thing on 8/20. The tires were installed and I was out the door in about 1 1/2 hours. Other than the hassle to get those tires installed and an extra trip to the dealer (35 miles) it was all good!. I liked their service dept. set up and plan to use them for the service on this Camaro SS as it was a 1 owner sold and serviced there. It only had 17,500 miles on it so it was a great find that they had not even cleaned up or advertised it yet when I bought it. All in all a great experience. More

Steven Madewell was good about completing my requests to my satisfaction all the way down to providing a few videos of progress) and John Savio was very accommodating in standing behind prividing excellent customer service to me and worked with senior management to address concerns identified after purchasing the Mercedes-Benz S550 coupe in order to reach a resolution for immediate remediation!
