I live 1 1/2hrs. away from Sunshine Toyota and found them through an inventory search for the vehicle I was looking for. Tim reached out to me via email initially and I followed up with a phone call with him to discuss the vehicle I was interested in. From the time of that phone call until I drove off the lot with my new Toyota, Tim, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No high pressure, "Slick Willy" sales pushes at this dealership. Sunshine will be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Ask for Rob!!! This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I had a great experience. Our salesman Rob was laid back and fun to work with. He addressed any potential concerns we had and did not shut us down like other places have. The car was in great condition and fairly priced. We have purchased new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made. Emily Rundel made the entire experience very easy and it was a pleasure having her handle everything for us. This is the first time I have not had to go back to the dealership several times and then make an appointment to pick up our vehicle. We traded in our used vehicle and drove home the same evening in our new one. I highly recommend Lafontaine Toyota and Emily Rundel.

Went in twice for scheduled recall service. Never got back to us about the rental car we requested as we come in from out of town. Both times the recalled part was not in. The second time they wanted to keep car another day so we could pay for another days rental. Really??? Talked to manager twice. Still waiting for apology but I doubt I'll get one. Scheduled oil change also takes a long time. I could mention names but I won't. Instead I'll turn to social media. Buying the vehicle there was a good experience but after spending all that money they don't seem to care.

LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR! There I was, a father of a 16 year old needing her first car.. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Yehor.. First off, Yehor is great, he was a member of the US Olympic figure skating team, so he had interestingly cool stories (yes, cool was a pun) Anyway.. He showed me an absolutely GORGEOUS Subaru Outback.. it was 9 years old, and had high mileage, but it had obviously been treated extremely well during it's life . It was PERFECT, looks great, drives great..I personally fell in love with it. So now my daughter gets MY car, which is newer and has much less mileage, and I am keeping the Outback.. TRUE LOVE CANT BE DENIED!!!! Thanks to The entire sales and finance team of Victory!

This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! I was so nervous about what to expect since we have never owned a Toyota before. Let me tell you EVERY single person that I came in contact with, were beyond polite and professional. The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous.
