I came in to look at a car that was 3grand. I test drive I ask if I could put a deposit down and come back that following Wednesday….. they said they couldn’t hold cars more then 24hours. I sai I test drive I ask if I could put a deposit down and come back that following Wednesday….. they said they couldn’t hold cars more then 24hours. I said that was fine, I booked an appointment on Tuesday to put the deposit down and do the paperwork so all I had to do is bring my plate Wednesday. I go in and he acts like he doesn’t know he has an appointment with me and unorganized. Frankly his whole customer service was sloppy from the beginning, I personally think it’s because it’s a 3k car and not a lot commission. Then I walk out and he proceeds to call me and say he’s not wrong for not knowing he had an appointment and said the person. The whole time I’ve delt with him has been like I’m selling the car to myself…. More

This sales rep drove around the lot with a brand new dealer vehicle doing 35 MPH. Almost rear ended me as I pulled in to park. When I confronted Yousef and told him how hazardous his actions were he rep dealer vehicle doing 35 MPH. Almost rear ended me as I pulled in to park. When I confronted Yousef and told him how hazardous his actions were he replied with "I know what I am doing". He started raising his voice at me with a hostile tone. Absolute disgraceful behavior both behind the wheel and in person. Never again. More
