Many of these comments about Adam are unfair. I have a TRD Pro Tundra, Adam has always stepped in to ensure a good experience. This truck had some recalls, as did many vehicles. I came in last week with a plan to get an SUV after my sedan died and we needed it for my new daughter. I told them what we needed and they said they would give me a call in less than a week to see if the sedan died and we needed it for my new daughter. They found exactly what I needed and I was in and out of there and what felt like two hours, but we were chatting a lot Roger was great. He had everything prepared for us. The New Car Manager James kept everything on track and I can’t appreciate the Team team at Suburban Toyota Farmington Hills anymore with my new Corolla Cross for our growing family. More
