Inaccurate quote times and lack of communication. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. A complete waste of time. Had an appointment at 1 for a tire rotation. Mike checked for recalls. There was one, he checked with the tech and said they were able to complete that as well. I said the main priority is the tire rotation, but if you have time, do both. He told me it would take 3 hours. I received a text at 4 saying my car wouldn’t be ready until 3pm the following day. Took over an hour to get ahold of someone in service. Hyder, the BDC gentleman, was very patient with trying to transfer me to an available service advisor. I ultimately had to call the sales manager, steve, twice to get someone on the phone. By the time I did, they were closing in 15 minutes. Refused me a loaner and told me none of the work was done on my vehicle. This is the second time this has happened with Mike as my advisor. He called me today asking to reschedule. He said he left for the day after sending that message. Absolutely ridiculous. I have zero interest in doing business with your service department. I will never be back. More

I made the appointment weeks ago to have the front brakes replaced. The appointment was for 11:00. I came in on time and was told it should be done at 3:00. I came back at 4:00 and my car wasn’t even started replaced. The appointment was for 11:00. I came in on time and was told it should be done at 3:00. The sales team is excellent, particularly Josh Powe. The service for oil changes takes way to long, even with an appointment I was there well over two hours.
