Joshua in my experience was a pleasure to work with. When I started out to purchase a car, I went where I had purchased 5 previously in Bel Air. Honestly they acted like I had covid - they couldn't answer questions about the car features and I couldn't get a return call when I told them I am here to purchase a car. Conversely, Joshua was exactly what i wanted. Super knowledgeable about all car features, helpful but not over powering, and courteous to a fault. He even is responsive since the sale has finalized. A+ in my view.

My wife and I worked with Sales Associate, Eyo. He let us test drive a new Honda Pilot, which is a great vehicle for the price. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and able to clearly explain the differences between the various trims. We ended up this week putting a deposit on a Lexus TX 500h that is supposed to come in next month instead, but if we had not decided to spend the extra over $20K for the Lexus, we definitely would have bought the Black Edition Pilot from Eyo. If anyone else is looking to purchase a Honda, I definitely recommend visiting Heritage Honda in Westminster, and working with Eyo.
