Great dealership, great sales managers..! Jeff and Brian helped me making the purchase smooth. There were no surprises or unexpected charges at the last minute. I approached Grand Subaru expressing interest in car buying. Jeff started communication at that point and kept me posted with all updates until the car was delivered. Whatever the price was communicated over the email was honored. I came to Grand through a friend's referral and I remember they all were telling similar kind of experiences.

Just leased my second Subaru from Luke at Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg. I can say with all honesty that I will never go elsewhere when it comes to cars! Luke is my absolute favorite salesperson, and it is so refreshing to work with someone outside of the normal, extremely pushy salespeople. This is the friendliest, most efficient dealership I have ever gone to. Their service department is top notch as well! If you are in the market for a Subaru, this should be at the top of your list! I only gave 5 stars because they don’t allow for anything higher!

We purchased our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Gerald Subaru of Naperville, and Ehab was our salesperson. He was fantastic to work with and made the entire buying experience such a positive one. We’ve always spoken highly of our experience with him and said we would return to Gerald when it was time for our next Subaru. More recently, I had an issue with my Ascent that initially left me pretty frustrated, but Chuck and Leo in the service department completely turned the experience around. Chuck took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the situation, and genuinely see what he could do to help. From that point on, both he and Leo were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process, treated me with respect, and ultimately helped get everything resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to have a good experience when everything goes smoothly. How a business responds when there’s actually a problem is what sticks with you, and Chuck and Leo went above and beyond. They turned a frustrating situation into one that made me feel genuinely valued as a Gerald Subaru customer. Between the great experience we had with Ehab when purchasing our Ascent and the way Chuck and Leo handled this situation, I can confidently say Gerald Subaru has earned our continued business. Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but it ended up taking 2 full hours to complete. What makes it worse is that the service bay wasn't even busy—there was only about one person ahead of me and one person who arrived after me. I have never experienced this level of slowness for basic maintenance before. Making an appointment is supposed to save time, but that clearly wasn't the case here. I expected much better efficiency.

Knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions. Friendly and not at all aggressive in their approach. Whenever I went to the dealership there were friendly but not pushy folks greeting me.
