We love our Subaru and Russ was fantastic however the clerk who did the paperwork was less than desirable. Instead of a walk us through our options and explaining our loan rate and fees and how they coul clerk who did the paperwork was less than desirable. Instead of a walk us through our options and explaining our loan rate and fees and how they could be paid she stated "you don't buy a car everyday "implying that we misunderstood something in the process. We left happy with our purchase but realized later that our taxes and the dealer doc fees were included in our loan which is something we would have paid for and not financed. More

Easiest car purchase I've ever had! Russ was a lot of fun as he professionally did his job. Pretty easy process…. .longest wait was for finance but they were a man short But he made up for smoothness in fully explaining the warranty options….Russ was great! Knowledgeable on the car and the details of it and its history since it was a certified used. Also answered all questions we laid on him. Took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and how to operate them. Disappointed in the trade in value of my Jeep…but…it is what was. Happy with new Outback. 80miles on its first day and it was smooth…..recommend all who buy a Subaru read the manual or really work through all the whistles before driving, so your not calling Russ….”how does this work?” Great car, Great staff so far.
