It took three different trips to Subaru to finally decide on what car we needed vs. what car we wanted to replace. The employees were extremely flexible accommodating my children on one visit. The team knew I was not happy with the size of the second car we test drive. After test driving a third car on the third visit we had what we were looking for. I do feel like I made a personal connection with multiple team members. A family member referred us to this particular Subaru and we found the environment and staff much more supportive than another Subaru dealer we visited. I would definitely be interested in purchasing our next car. It was a very educational car buying experience. This was my 5th car purchase in 25+ years and I do feel they were genuinely interested in making me happy witu my purchase. More
