Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended services and costs. Explained that the update and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon.

Trevor was great. Very honest and decent. If he did not know something, he told you and found the answer. Glad to see someone new who focuses on just providing a good service, info and letting the customer decide. In the past, the dealership’s service dept culture has been more pushy sales tactics. Will ask for him in the future. Was going to switch to a different dealer if that continued, but will stay with Trevor for now.
