Jose was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, answered every question I had, and explained every detail clearly without making me feel pressured. One of my biggest concerns was spending endless hours at a dealership after hearing so many horror stories, but the entire experience was surprisingly smooth and organized. Jose really listened to what I needed financially and helped me find a Toyota Corolla Cross that fit my situation perfectly. I truly appreciated the professionalism, transparency, and kindness from the team. My sales representative, Zahid Chowdhuy, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.
