Fantastic experience! "Beatles" not only wasn't pushy, but the opposite. I was knowing what I wanted, and he accommodated. He explained the positives and negatives of lease, purchase and the sale overall. I NEVER felt pressured, to the limit/point whereas my choices were genuinely MY choices. We never felt as if there was anything hidden. My close friend (car dealer) stated the transaction we experienced was transparent almost to a fault on their end. Usually, trade ins, APR rates, etc have an impact on the final sale/financing. Their offer sheet showed just the plain facts. There was no, "how much can you afford..."?. There was only, here is the price. Trade in, down payment, etc. had no impact on the final financial result. "Beatles" gave us a no xx price and stood by it, before and after the credit check and available financial impacts such as bank (APR) results. They even allowed me to take a more convenient contract rate with my bank (Truist). It was .5 lower than the initial banks offers. Because of their ability to find a financial institution that could match or beat it. It was beaten by Ally (BTW by 1%!), thanks to his truthful advice and APR match GUARANTEE by Village Toyota. I cannot state how well we were treated and considered. "Beatles" treated our transaction like it was his own. He even offered a comparison of regular unleaded and premium, which was required in this vehicle we purchased. His knowledge of unrequested info could have blown the sale there, but didn't because he made us aware of the situation BEFORE we experienced it. WHO DOES THAT? I will tell you, who does that..."Beatles"! I have not been so genuinely appreciative towards someone who I 've known for less than a couple of hours to write this. REQUEST "Beatles" or be forewarned. If you shop at Village Toyota, you want to deal with the best...deal with "Beatles"!!!!! More

Instead, he took the time to listen to our needs, treated us with genuine respect, and put together a package that worked for us. We ended up leaving that same day in a brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna. As a Black couple, we especially appreciated how valued and respected John "Beatle Tie" made us feel. Unfortunately, that hasn't always been our experience when making major purchases, but with John, there were no assumptions, stereotypes, or dismissive treatment, just professionalism, patience, and excellent service. Since our purchase, John "Beatle Tie" has followed up to make sure we are happy and that everything is going well.
