I found both the service department and sales department personnel to be knowledgeable and helpful. Joe, my service advisor, is absolutely the best. He answers all my questions promptly and honestly. Joe consistently monitors the status of my vehicle and communicates the information to me, which is very helpful with my busy schedule . I recently purchased a new car and Jay Jamieson the sales representative that assisted me was great! Jay didn’t high pressure me and had an answer for every question I asked, and I asked a lot of questions. Jay made the process enjoyable and moved it as quickly as possible.
