The staff at Subaru of Loveland were courteous and - Keith

The staff at Subaru of Loveland were courteous and professional. Robert made the negotiating easy. Once our new car was delivered, Brandon trained us on the many features, set up our phones to communicate with the car and made sure paperwork was in order. The atmosphere at the dealership was very casual, no pressure to commit or purchase extra features or warranty.

We have been working with Joe for a while now and he is - dustinrhoades80

We have been working with Joe for a while now and he is the most kind and caring person. He always bends over backwards to help make the buying process as easy as possible. The car color I wanted for my new Atlas Cross Sport was not available here but was in Colorado Springs. Joe took it upon himself to drive down there and drive my new car up to me. That is the kind of customer service you get with Joe. If you want someone you can trust and wont pressure you and is just so supportive and helpful through the whole process, you will want to work with Joe. Thank you Joe for everything. You’re truly a stand out person and salesman. Ed Carroll is so lucky to have you on their team.

We are so grateful for Perkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - kjones5522

We are so grateful for Perkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the service they provided us. We were traveling with our fifth wheel and had some issues with our Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. I had called the afternoon before and Stacy returned my call later after hearing my message. She left a message and said if we wanted to come in the next day that she would try to get us help with our situation. We did go in and she was true to her word, and the service department was wonderful to us. They helped us get our truck updated and got us back on the road for our next days travel. The service department was busy that day, but they still made time for us. We truly appreciated the kindness they showed us!

I had a few repairs done on my 2015 VW Golf GTI, and as - coins512

I had a few repairs done on my 2015 VW Golf GTI, and as usual, I was very happy with the great service and repairs that were completed at McDonald Volkswagen on Broadway in Littleton, CO. Stephen Guillet was friendly, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated, that for this repair visit, he tried to give me a few discounts on the final costs, since the issues I was having with the car ended up being on the more expensive side. Carlos, the technician who worked on my car, did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the issues my car was having! I really appreciated the detailed video that he made to show me what his inspection had uncovered. I really like that McDonald Volkswagen has their techs make those videos for the customers, since I’m assuming for safety reasons they can’t have the customers going back to the service/repair garage. I would recommend McDonald Volkswagen on Broadway in Littleton, CO to friends and family.

I purchased a very nice Jeep from Rafael, and he was amazing. I was in the car industry over 20 years and I always was looking for employees like Rafael. The business manager, Gabe, made the transaction seamless. I would recommend Transwest GMC to anyone.

Dan Berkenkotter and his team treated me with respect and - Odair de Souza

Dan Berkenkotter and his team treated me with respect and worked hard to resolve an unexpected issue with my truck. They didn’t walk away from the problem—they listened, communicated clearly, and helped me reach a fair solution. It’s easy to sell a vehicle, but what really matters is how a dealership handles problems after the sale. In my experience, they showed integrity and genuinely cared about making things right. I highly recommend Berkenkotter Motors and will definitely consider buying from them again.
