I recently purchased a vehicle and drove from Colorado Springs. I completed the registration process and purchased my tags online, but I still have not received them. When I contacted the dealership for assistance, I was told I would need to drive all the way back to Fort Collins as if it were a simple inconvenience. This response showed very little consideration for the customer’s time, travel distance, or situation. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the lack of effort to help resolve what should be a manageable issue. The handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. Customers deserve better communication, empathy, and solutions when dealing with registration delays. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. More
