This if for Fort Collins Jeep. Brought my vehicle in 5 times for the same issue and each time a random part has been fixed and I have been charged a deductible each time and the Brought my vehicle in 5 times for the same issue and each time a random part has been fixed and I have been charged a deductible each time and the issue is still not resolved. This last time they had to vehicle for 7 weeks and returned it back to me unfixed because they couldn’t figure out the issue even after consulting with two engineers. The engineer even recommended a part to be replaced but the dealership service department would not replace it because they weren’t confident it would fix the problem. The other issue is every time we’ve given it to them to duplicate the issue they do not follow the instructions. They even lied and told the jeep service case manager that it had fixed been and returned to us 2 weeks ago when it had not been. Only when we called them out did they address it. Our calls were getting avoided by managers in both sales and service. I always had to be the one to check in on the status. They only provided a rental after 5 weeks of having my vehicle. They have shown zero care and empathy for our situation. The sales manager that drove it said he couldn’t duplicate the issue therefore there is nothing wrong with it and again showed no empathy or care. He said he wouldn’t buy the car back only trade it in. He said the manufacturer should have boughten the car back after the 3rd time it was brought in for the issue but no support or direction has been given for that option. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and have had multiple family members purchase vehicles from this dealership and I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve been provided and appalled with how I’ve been treated. More

From the first inquiry to signing the paperwork the entire staff at Jeep was great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Even during the trade in conversations went great. From the time I walked in the door till I left, everyone treated myself and my little (human/diva golden doodle) like royalty.
