Special thanks go to Service Consultant Ricky Lobato for his thorough explanations and advice. He gave me time and attention with a caring and pleasant demeanor in a very busy environment. Kudos as well to Chance Barnes the following day when Ricky was off. He was well briefed on my situation and picked right up. I am very impressed in a world where service seems to be a dying art. The technician who diagnosed my car was outstanding and thorough. He obviously knows his business. Lastly, Rafael Gomez in sales went over and above to work on a deal for me. What a lovely young man. He doesn't play games. He is trustworthy and delivers what he promises. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. He realized I was/am a serious buyer who wanted what I wanted. I contacted the dealership and was then turned over to Adam Choinard. Adam did a great job and was easy to deal with.

My daughter's car broke down in Grand Junction. Western slope auto had a vehicle that i hoped would get my daughter back to Denver. My daughter wasn't savvy enough to know that the car they recommended to her was a total wreck. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Can't trust them, and they will take advantage of a female in a disparate situation.

He was super friendly and wasn't pushy like most car salesman. He was very considerate of the fact I lived out of town and gave us many options to take care of everything online. The team at pueblo Toyota made this purchase so easy with minimal stress. Their team is one I would recommend to anyone. The drive was a bit far to purchase a vehicle but well worth the drive. They have my up most respect for the way they treated us and the impeccable service they provided. We had a few after hours conversations while he wasn't on the clock. That in itself would give me the reason to highly recommend him to others. Well done Pueblo Toyota your team is amazing.

I was looking for a new tacoma I looked in grand junction first but they didn't gave what I wanted. So I went to bighorn in Glenwood springs I talked one salesman told him what I was looking for we checked inventory. Even looked through other dealers everything but the color I wanted. Made an appointment for that Saturday when I got there that salesman took the day off. Then I met Darrell Fenno he took over he found the color and other options I wanted made me a great deal on my trade in. I had to wait two months for the truck to come off the line but worth it all around. Darrell was great through the whole process . Thanks Darrell Brian Sumner
