I will say this, the family style dealership will always be the way to go especially with a car buying experience. Julia made this purchase 100% above and beyond especially the transparency and knowledge of the product. Nothing forced, pushed or making me buy unwanted or needed purchases. The financing part was really direct , to the point and easy (smooth) which made me feel like a valued customer. I understand dealerships are in the business to make $$$ but this dealership gets you to the finish line and doesn’t make you feel like you have “buyers remorse” . I would have loved to purchase a new grand Highlander but was presented with real time options, pricing and financing in which the pre owned made more sense for me and appreciated the options and pre approval before I reached the dealership to test drive. I loved the vehicle but knowing if it wasn’t the right fit, drove like crap or just out of price range knowing that I can walk away without the normal dealership salesperson drama!!! I have to shout out to Jacob after a phone call to say I was upset about a credit denial from a credit union that I was walking away from this vehicle. He explained in detail the financing steps and assured me, they have better options!! Usually that’s a sales pitch, but Jacob was spot on and Julia got me Toyota Financial in which in a few years when I want a newer vehicle, I can get buyer loyalty and same financing!!! It’s nice to know that the salesperson (Julia) actually listened to me. I will end by saying Stapp Toyota should be your first stop for any and all Toyota’s or any new and used vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!!!
