We pre-ordered our car and even while we waited for it he continued to update me along the way to let me know its status. I would definitely come back and see him again for another vehicle in the future. Sergio, our finance guy was very quick and thorough in our loan. He was very honest and transparent with all his pricing and options. I can actually say he is literally the only guy I have ever dealt with in that position who I didn't feel uneasy with thinking they were going to take advantage of me being a woman. WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION TOYOTA! Ten months ago, I paid a $1,000 fully refundable deposit to reserve a vehicle if and when it became available. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION TOYOTA! Ten months ago, I paid a $1,000 fully refundable deposit to reserve a vehicle if and when it became available. TEN MONTHS LATER, THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY! Instead of refunding me, they repeatedly gave me excuses, promised callbacks that never happened, and eventually claimed the deposit was not refundable. What happened next was unbelievable. One of their managers questioned whether I had written proof that the deposit was refundable. After trying to determine whether I had any documentation of their promise, he actually suggested that I dispute the charge with my credit card company! But here is the most disturbing part. For my $1,000 payment, I received a receipt describing it as a donation to a cancer related charity associated with the dealership. I NEVER AGREED TO MAKE A DONATION! I PAID A REFUNDABLE VEHICLE DEPOSIT! I find this extremely concerning and believe it deserves serious investigation. In my experience, this dealership has been dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR MONEY! I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursuing every available option to recover my money. I am sharing my experience to warn others. BUYERS BEWARE! He was able to hunt down exactly the RAV4 in storm cloud, a super rare color. That my wife had been looking for far and wide.
