They sold me a car that needed scheduled maintenance and could have blown the engine any time. I called about it and they would not try to fix the situation. I will not be returning nor sending anyone else could have blown the engine any time. I called about it and they would not try to fix the situation. It was only 4 days later when I inquired about the problem and they have no returns and no compassion for the buyer. Beware!! More

During a service appointment, the dealership's sale department reached out to me offering to purchase my vehicle ( I had a clean title in hand - no During a service appointment, the dealership's sale department reached out to me offering to purchase my vehicle ( I had a clean title in hand - no loan). Once we negotiated and agree to a price, they set an appointment for finalizing the transaction on the following day, and they said they'd "have everything ready" to complete our transaction. At that appointment, they had me sign all of the paperwork, including the title transfer from me to them, and only after that did they say, "you'll get your check in 7-10 days". On day #8 I reached out to the salesperson by phone (had to leave a voice message) and by email, but received no response. Day #9...same thing. Day #10...same thing...no response to any of my multiple emails and voice messages. So I went to the dealership in person to ask for my check and they said it would take another 2 weeks, which is ridiculous. Then they said it usually takes a month for them to get a check written. After some further pointed discussion, they agreed to send someone to Denver to get my check and that they'd have it for me by noon the next day. No contact from them by 1 PM that next day, so I again had to call them multiple times. Over 2 hours, and 2 more calls later, they finally said they had my check. I went back to the dealership to pick it up and discovered it was dated 7 days prior! Clearly, they had my check the whole time and were intentionally misleading me and delaying payment. I would highly caution anyone from using this dealership for any transaction, as they are deceptive and untrustworthy! More
