This is my third time getting service & each time when I arrive it can take up to 5 minutes before someone acknowledges me. After waiting to be helped, I was told that it would be about an hour and a half for an oil change. After over two hours, my car was finally finished. It cost $180.00 for an oil change and front wiper blad about an hour and a half for an oil change. After over two hours, my car was finally finished. It's been four days, still no call back. I was also told that my brakes failed inspection and needed to be replaced. I took my car to another mechanic, and they said the brakes were fine right now and didn't need to be replaced. I have been going to Erlich/McDonald Toyota for over 17 years, but I will be looking somewhere else to take my car. More
