We are on car 5 or 6 with VW Marin and we’ve never had any issues, both sales and service. One of our cars went in for calibration with the body shop and Daniel, who I always work with, took care of the 70K service and one other issue while the car was in the shop, saving me an extra trip and saving me time. All the people at the dealership are super friendly and I plan on taking care of my cars needs here, and no place else! 10/10!

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I brought my vehicle in for repair to VW of Downtown LA Normally taking a vehicle in to the dealer for repair is a nightmare but not at this dealer. Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. This service department is awesome! Bailey and Paige go above and beyond. They put care into their customers, which I appreciate because I’m such a werido when it comes to my car.. like I freak out! They’re always pretty cool with me and handle it all professionally and calmly. Again, they are awesome. Super fast service and communication as well!

Christian in service is EXCELLENT! Oil Stop had made a huge error and put the wrong plugs in so car was leaking oil. Christian went out of his way to ensure all specific verbiage was on my receipt so I could get reimbursed by Oil Stop. He is an asset to this company and needs to be recognized for such!!

Please do not buy from this dealer. My daughter bought her first new car from them, a 2024 Taos. She has been adamant about her regular service visits. Now, one year after buying the car and just 2 weeks after her last service visit, the car got a "low coolant" light. She filled the car and took it directly to the dealership. After one day, service called her and said "there are no leaks, you can come pick it up." After we pushed the dealership with questions like "If it didn't leak out, where did it go?" we initially got responses like "air pocket". It took some additional calls for not only 2 people from the dealership to admit, but also a representative from Volkswagen to admit, that this model is known for "puking coolant" and the problem being a faulty head gasket. Knowing this and admitting it, they refuse to fix or replace the car. We have had the owner call us and threaten us to return the rental car and pickup our car or "it won't be good for us." I have never experienced a dealership know about an issue, and be so defiant about resolving it. Their solution is to "keep filling it up with coolant and wait for it to happen again." The owner actually threaten to fire one of the employees who was honest with us about knowledge of the issue.
