I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:20 10 minutes early. I was asked to wait as there were only two service consultants available. I assumed the weight would not be in after a half an hour, and watching not only the two people that were there previously be helped but people that came after me be helped. I decided to leave, unfortunately whether or not I choose to utilize your services in the future will be completely dependent upon the response to this survey. The ball is in your court.
