I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:20 10 minutes early. I was asked to wait as there were only two service consultants available. I assumed the weight would not be in after a half an hour, and watching not only the two people that were there previously be helped but people that came after me be helped. I decided to leave, unfortunately whether or not I choose to utilize your services in the future will be completely dependent upon the response to this survey. The ball is in your court. Staff was very friendly but the issue I mainly brought this in for still exists. I feel like I was not taken seriously and expensive diagnostics are favored over really finding what’s wrong starting with this in for still exists.
