Hands down the best experience! Thank you to Mossy Nissan and Gabe in Finance for encouraging me to protect my 2024 Nissan Altima with an extended warranty. At 37,343 miles, the emergency braking radar sensor failed. That would have been well over $2,000 out of pocket, but it was fully covered and repaired at zero cost to me. Mossy Nissan is an honest, customer-first dealership. If you're buying a car from them, do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty!

My wife and I went to test drive a couple of cars that we saw on the market over the Labor Day weekend. The team (Armando, Jason, and Aaron) was really easy-going and really let the vehicles sell themselves. We test drove an Altima and a Rogue on our own without them babysitting us. We decided that we were really interested in the Rogue and went ahead with the purchase. The team was very accommodating and went over pertinent options at our disposal in the moment on a bank holiday. The Napa Nissan team was relaxed and really personable during the whole process. Some of our details on the trade-in were going to take days to finalize, but they were very understanding. It was a great experience, overall!

Service Department is OUTSTANDING. Andre Rensonnet is highly knowledgeable and always takes care of my car. In addition, if I have any questions on how to use the many options available on my Nissan Rogue Platinum he takes his time in explaining all the features to me and displaying them on the screen. Andre always goes over the service report with me when maintenance is completed. Andre should be the Service Department manager.

I came in last week. Jack the service guy that helped me was so thoughtful. I wanted to get my brakes replaced because they were a little noisy. He said Dan let me get them checked first at no charge. Sure enough my brakes were over 50% and I could live with a little noise in the Morning. What come to find out is normal for the age of my car. He could of sold me brakes but gave me good advise.
