Had a $150 off coupon for all the 45k mile maintenance I had done. They had a convenient appointment and had the car done on time too. Glad they seem to know what they're doing over there. had done. It was a battle, there was complete lack of trust that held things up. Which is understandable, in this environment. But once we had straight forward communication, we were able to get the deal done. This is my second car here, and would recommend others to try and get a car here. More
If I could give zero stars I would. I leased my 2nd car from this dealership 3 years ago when it was under different ownership. Since it has been 3 years, my lease is up and I needed to turn the car in. I am not going with another Nissan so there is no trade, just a lease turn in. I contacted the Nissan dealership closest to me, and they aren’t taking lease turn ins unless they originated from them and told me to call the store I got the car from. I called Bravo Nissan of Duarte and was told the manager told him they aren’t doing any lease turn ins right now and hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the manager who was the absolute rudest person I have ever spoken to that is in the business of customer service. His exact words to me when I told him they were the dealership of origin was “we inherited the business, not the customers”. All I was trying to do was turn in a lease I got from that dealership. What he didn’t know was I was wanting to get into a Jeep, which Bravo also owns, and is the closest Jeep dealership to my house. Unfortunately due to this terrible interaction I went with Sierra Jeep who was incredibly pleasant. I did call Nissan of North America and reported this incident then called the Nissan dealership closer to me (Nissan of Alhambra) and told them the situation in Duarte. They were shocked to learn they were speaking to customers that way and did end up taking my lease. So all of this to say, if you’re in the market for a Nissan, avoid Bravo Nissan of Duarte (or really any Bravo dealership), and go with Nissan of Alhambra who has top tier service (used their service department a few times over the past 5 years I’ve been in a Nissan), a great sales department, and incredibly compassionate yet management. Bravo Nissan of Duarte is a joke and should be avoided. More
