Do not buy from this location! I purchased a vehicle from them on JUNE 8th 2026 and they have not completed the necessary paperwork for registration. I have gone to their office an I purchased a vehicle from them on JUNE 8th 2026 and they have not completed the necessary paperwork for registration. I have gone to their office and spoken to manager PIER (thats what he said his name was) many times and they always say the same thing that they completed it yet they dmv tells us they have not. Went back to request new temporary plates since the ones we have expired per the DMV and they refused More

I had an appointment this Sunday to see and test-drive an F-150 that I found on the Nissan of Tustin website. The listing stated that the vehicle was at another location. I contacted the seller, Mohsin, and F-150 that I found on the Nissan of Tustin website. The listing stated that the vehicle was at another location. I contacted the seller, Mohsin, and he confirmed that the vehicle would be ready for my test drive on the scheduled date. The original appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. The next day, Mohsin contacted me and asked to reschedule it to 10:00 AM. We confirmed the appointment twice during the week, so I had no reason to believe there would be any issue. When I arrived at the dealership at 10:00 AM and told them I had an appointment with Mohsin, I was extremely disappointed by their response. Once Mohsin found out that I was at the dealership, he did not come out to meet me or even take the time to explain what was happening.I then found out that they had not even brought the vehicle to the dealership. Without providing any real explanation, they told me they would give me an update within an hour and that I could take the vehicle after that. It is now 3:00 PM, and I still have not received any update or communication from anyone. This was a complete waste of my time. I don’t care how many vehicles a dealership has or how good their prices are—customer service and respect for customers’ time should come first. Based on this experience, I will never do business with this dealership again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. More
