When I first arrived, I just saw people chilling not really trying to sale or work. So I was thinking like there is no way this is the place I am going to buy the car but they give me the best offer once I tell them to cut the dealer adds on and give me a discount. No hesitation No manager is busy please let me waste your time moment.　 Just straight out best price and no other dealers near me can match the price. Will defitnetly recommend buying car here, people being so nice and just so enthuastic to sell you cars might not be the best option to buy a car is my lesson lol. Aiming for percent off is a good strategy.

Brought my car for a tire rotation this morning. Stressed to the service advisor to inspect my wheels as i had just got them redone due to previous damage and they had no damage. He walked around the car and no damage was found or pointed out by service advisor. Fast forward to me receiving my car back. I inspect it and 2 wheels are damaged. I go back to the service advisor and he tells me "That damage was already there" this is not only dissapointing but down right disrespectful to myself. The only reason i brought it to Honda was to avoid this. Having so many tore shops closer to my house i chose a Honda dealership because i thought my car was in good hands. First there was a "he said she said" discussion with the service manager. Then a review of camera footage, where not only did they not prove anyhting to me but he wanted me to partially pay for the repair. After 30mins of back and forth he said he would call his wheel guy and get the one wheel fixed even though 2 where damaged. And emphasizing to me he was "helping me out" even though the damage was not there upon my arrival. I purchased my wifes car at this dealership and now i will be hesitant to ever bring any of my vehicles in for service if my wheel is not fixed to my liking. I simple service has now turned into a headache and the rest of my day will be having to deal with this issue.

We got all the old tactics, bait and switch, multiple touchpoints, long waits and outright lies. Zeena, Tareq, Vic and Zachariah (multiple touchpoints) all assured us they'd deliver a CR-V under 41k. But when we got there, the car we wanted was magically gone (bait and switch) so they offered another at a much higher price including a 5k extended warranty. We refused that, then waited while Zeena went and "talked to his manager" for 20 min (long wait trying to exhaust you) to then say he couldn't do the deal because the manager left ( outright lie). We learned our lesson and will NEVER shop at Future in the future. Frustrating waste of time

Entire service department staff that I talked with (Mario at the end and one other at the beginning) demonstrated detailed knowledge about my vehicle, were very polite and professional. They were happy to answer all my questions fully and cheerfully, However, big negative was the $198/hour labor rate for all work performed. Oil and brake fluid change cost was more than $400 as I recall.
