Alex was great; very helpful and knowledgable. The sales manager, finance guy, and everyone else at the Subaru Superstore was nice and transparent. My only issue, was when we were in with the finance person, and he showed us all of the options for the various service, maintenance, tire assistance, etc. that a customer can pay for, and be added to the overall finance cost. At that point I think my wife and I should have asked if we could be alone somewhere to discuss the options before we made a decision; unfortunately we did not think of that. Sitting in front of the finance guy inhibited us from discussing the options amongst ourselves; that's on us I guess.

Overall one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Easy and hassle free. Subaru still owes me the $50 gift card. Also, please stop the dealer add on practice or give people the option of add ons.
