I have had to utilize Subaru dealerships in North Carolina, Arizona, and California due to a significant amount of travel for work. the "franchise " dealership FINDLAY Subaru Prescott is hands down t Carolina, Arizona, and California due to a significant amount of travel for work. the "franchise " dealership FINDLAY Subaru Prescott is hands down the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been dealing with a mechanical problem with a 2024 outback touring for years and per usual this dealership was not only useless in providing ways to get a solution but they lack an ability to provide customer service ( this can simply be a smile) which was not present on any of the 15 employees present on 3/16/2026 at 1:30 this team lacks empathy, ability to be present, and common courtesy standard. they need a full spectrum training on how to simply treat other humans with respect! when I provided feedback to the dealership via the survey they text I was called by an employee at the dealership and practically yelled at and told to never come back. I sure hope they record calls and listen to this, locate the employee and fire them immediately. I hold a very high level position in the town of Prescott, AZ and I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends, family and local businesses and community! More
