Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service. 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Advisor, instructs us to bring it in and they will investigate. This was after another dealership, informed us that they could look at it in a month. After review Wes had to deliver the bad news that there was a catastrophic engine failure. Dave Marshall, Service Manager assured us that they would do everything possible to expedite delivery of parts, and required shop time to get us back on the road. Additionally, he committed to a timeline that would keep us from returning home to the northeast while waiting for repairs. We contacted a national car rental agency and learned they had no cars available. Dave assured us they would help, and connected us with Jessica Mcguffin, Customer Coordinator. She arranged a weekly rental, and drove us to Mitchell Nissan to pick up the car. The rental was a 2024, reasonably priced and very easy on gas. Upon return Dave provided a loaner, while Tech Mike Ray finalized the major repairs. Once complete we were assured that driving the 1100 miles home would be fine. Most of those miles were on interstate, there were, and have been, no issues. I realize that this is a lengthy review, but this team needed to be recognized for their natural customer service and actions.

Friendly, respectful, helpful staff. Waiting area and restrooms clean. Coffee and water provided. Service dept performs work agreed upon at the price quoted and within the time promised. I choose All American for service over another dealer that is 30 mins closer.

He is a very great guy. I’ve bought vehicles from him in the past and I will only buy from him in the future I bought when he worked at the Hyundai dealership now he works at the Ford dealership to me. I would normally not purchase a Ford but because he works there, I know that I will be well taken care of a vehicle purchase. Is more than what you drive it’s the relationship. You have with the people at that dealership as well because when you need service, you need someone you can rely on and with that you have it with Mr. Rouse he generally is a great guy. He make sure you get the best deal possible and try his best to make you feel important taken care of and satisfied with what you purchase throughout the entire time you own the vehicle checks every time you’re in service or just visiting the dealership he goes above and beyond a regular salesman this Ford dealership got a steal when they got Mr. Rouse!!!! but overall their management the whole entire staff is a great place so if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see Mr. Rouse at the Ford dealership in Jasper, Alabama you won’t regret it

From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
