I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I also mentioned that I had a front-end alignment performed approximately nine months ago at another Chevrolet dealership, but the balance/rotation. I also mentioned that I had a front-end alignment performed approximately nine months ago at another Chevrolet dealership, but the steering wheel has pointed noticeably to the left ever since. Although the vehicle did not pull, holding the steering wheel off-center made driving frustrating. I chose not to return to that dealership because I was dissatisfied with the quality of their workmanship. During this visit, another front-end alignment was performed. I explained that the vehicle tracked straight, but the steering wheel was not centered. While the alignment improved the steering wheel position, it is still not perfectly level and remains slightly off-center. Additionally, the transmission recall was completed under warranty during this service visit. More
