Overall experience was very good and my salesperson Danial was exceptional! My only complaint was I received a checklist of vehicle items checked and yet when I got home to find out my keyless entry door key pad won’t work. On retuning to the dealership they inform me I could have it replaced for approximately 450.00 dollars. I will purchase the new part and have a different ford dealership program it but I would think Lynn Layton would have worked with me to resolve the issue. Just not the kind of trust I will have in the future!

My experience at Woody Anderson Ford was nothing short awesome. I had been looking for the truck i wanted for at least 7 months. Using many of the online web sites to find what i wanted i finally found what i wanted at Woody Anderson. Melanie Henderson did a wonderful job of helping me purchase the f 150 i have been looking for. Everyone was completely open and honest and did not try to charm me into paying for Dealer add-ons that i did not want or need. It was well worth the drive from Southeast Louisiana to Huntsville Alabama to secure my F-150. The truck is awesome and i just love it. I was very specific on what i wanted and Woody Anderson had my truck. Thank you all for a no-nonsense experience.

Offered me 26.000 for my truck so I went to Ronnie Watkins website and input my truck and it came back 29.000 to 34000 so this should confirm that this is a dealership I don’t think I will ever buy anything from this place again o yeah I was a repeat customer with the truck they sold me so this is how they treat repeat customers lol look else where before you purchase anything from here. Also used the service department one time and it’s terrible also move on people!!!
