Had an 8am appointment for my 2024 F-150 for an oil change and a wrench warning light. Dropped it off on a Wednesday, called around 4 pm to see if it was ready. The service rep told me they had not e change and a wrench warning light. Dropped it off on a Wednesday, called around 4 pm to see if it was ready. The service rep told me they had not even looked at it. I asked why not since I had an 8am appointment. He basically told me that it could sometimes take 3 to 4 days to get to it. I told him that that was ridiculous since I had an appointment and just did not drop my truck off for whenever they had time for it. The next day I called around 11am to see what had been done. The service rep told me it might be ready on Friday. Again I told him that all I wanted was an oil change and to diagnose the wrench light. He went off on me and told me that the appointment I had meant nothing and that again it could take 3 to 4 days to just look at my truck. Anyway, I told him just do the oil change and I will bring it back for the wrench light, which went away after the oil change. Terrible customer service for a new 2024 King Ranch truck. Why schedule an appointment if they are just going to let your truck sit there for days. More
