What Others Say

No pressure extremely helpful. John McLain and Tim Muse were great to work with. Process was fast and dmooth

Sandy Sansing Ford did a great job replacing my breaks and turning my rotors. My service agent kept me apprised of the status of my car. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Steve kept us updated throughout the process. Work was completed as promised . Thanks so much.

Great communication during the service process. This was a 100k service so it took several hours. There was always someone available to talk and we even got a couple of status calls during the day. Good job!

Sir/Madam: I write this to give a voice to those seldom heard but often disregarded and mistreated by dealerships. I arranged with the Daphne Dealership to purchase a 2026 Lincoln Aviator Reserve for $81,900.00 before reduction and trade in. I sent an electronic $1000.00 deposit to hold the vehicle for three days, picking up on February 27, 2026. All financial arrangements had been confirmed between the dealership and USAA. I arrived at the dealership this morning around 11:45. I met with Jonathan Howze. After welcoming me, he proceeded to tell me the vehicle had been sold the day before. He then tried to offer me a cheaper vehicle at the previously agreed upon price for the more expensive vehicle I had reserved with my deposit. No one called me to tell me the vehicle was sold, instead they waited for me to drive from Pensacola to tell me. When I asked why make a deposit there was no response. This bait and switch action is indicative of top down mismanagement and complete disregard for the customer. I could not nor would ever purchase or recommend a Sansing dealership, being a disabled veteran and making the trip for no reason was a slap in the face and show a disregard for military members. I don’t expect a response - the Daphne Dealership made that clear by their actions. Respectfully, John Hudson

This was the absolute best and easiest experience in buying a truck! My wife and I had been looking for a truck for our son and didn't have a lot of luck until coming here. Mack Flowers was the salesman we worked with. He didn't try to give us any type of sales pitch, instead he was just honest and straightforward and gave us a good deal on the truck we wanted! Tim with financing was also great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of for us. We thought that buying our son his first vehicle was going to be difficult and stressful, but it was the best day we could have hoped for because of everyone here at Sandy Sansing Ford. I even got to catch a lot of college basketball in there while waiting... So it was a win for everyone! I highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking for great vehicles and even greater prices! Huge thank you to Mack and Tim for making this happen, and we can't wait to see our son's reaction to his new truck tonight!
