Asked for tire rotation of front tires after first tire rotation and the steering wheel wobbled from factory indicating out of balance wheel and after getting 3/4 turn at 81 ft/lbs from work calibrated tor rotation and the steering wheel wobbled from factory indicating out of balance wheel and after getting 3/4 turn at 81 ft/lbs from work calibrated torque wrench every 6 months from first visit. Tech refused to do it after specifically asking for and willing to pay extra.. Hyundai also called and said tranny recall would take an hour. Dealership said 3 hours due to file size. Also told brakes and rotors needed resurfacing after 15000 and caliper slides greased without actually looking at any of it or taking off to verify, than told Hyundai reccomends it. Rotors are completely smooth without grooves. Hyundai recommends inspection but not of the other work they tried to sell. Also of immediate attention was shock/suspension without stating or explaining. Let's keep it going with muffler/exhaust pipes/ and engine oil and fluid leaks after only looking at the mileage and not seeing the oil was only 3500 miles/golden brown vs the 7500 miles Hyundai recommends. Add not resetting maintenance schedule on the car. Also to mention without explanation was the radiator core/air conditioning condenser. None of this is mentioned with Hyundai other than inspection not service that requires immediate attention. Nor any explanation as to why other than they say Hyundai recommends it contrary to their own schedule. Only word of mouth. No proof. This car is at 15000 miles. They cannot explain one condition other than Hyundai recommends it without showing Hyundai's list to prove. The math is not adding up when questioned and there are no answers nor work to show their recommendations much less the time to explain for their overworked fridays where they are too busy to explain. Zimbrick Eastside Madison has lost it's way and is a very good reason why I have not purchased my last 3 Hyundai's from them plus all other service. More
