While I purchased my car from a different dealership, I took it to Zimbrick Eastside Hyundai when the engine unexpectedly died at 95,000 miles. Steve wendlandt was my service advisor from start to finish took it to Zimbrick Eastside Hyundai when the engine unexpectedly died at 95,000 miles. Steve wendlandt was my service advisor from start to finish and I can honestly say how great it was to work with him. It could have been a horribly stressful and costly outcome for me, but right from the start Steve explained the process, contacted Hyundai, and ordered a new engine a week earlier than I expected! The car was then complete a week earlier as well. He was so personable and knowledgeable about my car’s issues, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Many praises to him and the rest of the staff I interacted with. They were all wonderful. I will definitely be going back there for all my service needs! More

We purchased a certified Santa Fe. Great dealership to work with. They had the car we wanted and held it for us to drive 2.5 hours to see it. They stayed late for us to test drive it a Great dealership to work with. They had the car we wanted and held it for us to drive 2.5 hours to see it. They stayed late for us to test drive it and held it another 2 days for us to return and complete the purchase. They didn't even require any money down to hold the car. We had a trade but couldn't get close on the price. In the end, we kept the Mustang as a summer fun car. More
