Just to be upfront my family has purchased or leased 2 vehicles back when Ziegler was under a different name. That is why I went back. Not sure who Scott Waller is. I went in looking for a specific color vehicles back when Ziegler was under a different name. That is why I went back. Not sure who Scott Waller is. I went in looking for a specific color Tucson which Zeigler Hyundai didn't have. For them to get the color I wanted I would need more money for the down payment. I should have walked but I didn't. Ended up leasing another color. They put a license plate on the back but not the front. Was told they thought Wisconsin was changing the law and I wouldn't need the front plate. Called WI DMV and was told I needed both plates. One week later I had a puddle in my garage. Called Ziegler service department and was told to bring it in. Was told the water pump was bad and needed replaced. I had to wait a week for them to get a replacement and install it. Ziegler had the car about as long as I did. When I called the sales rep all he could say was, that's why they have warranty. I would never buy another car or recommend Ziegler Hyundai. The service department was cooperative and friendly. More

Chad was awesome. He kept me posted with updates, he takes ownership of any issues that may arise. Zeigler, however, is shifty. Their salesmen will lie to you. The managers will worm their way out of any deal that isn't signed on paper. They will sell you xxxx you don't need or want and lie to you to get you to take it. If you buy a car here, INSIST that you won't buy their car unless they remove the LoJack first. They're just taking your money. More
