Very unhappy with the service department. So much was said after multiple meetings and I concluded these mechanics and service department employees are plug in mechanics. They only want to plug in a computer and do what the computer says is the problem. I was told that the mechanics have to take out a meter for my ram problem. I'm a heavy machinery mechanic and I know myself that I have to take out my meter all the time to figure out a problem. Sometimes the computer doesn't tell you the problem. This dealership sold me the truck and sold me the warranty and this service department has been a added stress to my life. They keep my truck for weeks and sometimes months and half the time it's not fixed. Took my truck in twice for a radiator smell and the second time they found it. Took it in and they find other problems other than what I brought it in for and give it to me back with the same problems. I believe these mechanics are not true ram mechanics. I wonder if they took any factory classes and how many and how long.. I took the ram to another dealership and showed the director a video I took of the problem and that directot said I seen that before and I would change the gear knob first. It happens alot with the ram trucks. I'm scratching my head and asking myself why didn't any one from Zeigler say that. Zeigler just doesn't have the experience, competents to do dealership work. MARCO wants to do what's right but unfortunately the team around him just doesn't have the competents. I'm still driving with it with the same problems and taking logs when I'm the truck acts up. I will never recommend Zeigler to anyone. They sell you a truck and forget about you. I just want to add that I mentioned buying another truck and right away they wanted to sell me another one just to not deal with the problem I had. I just bought this truck a year ago. And if I buy another one. I won't be buying it from Zeigler because they can't back there relationship with there customers. More

I thought my car was within the 3/36 warranty (I bought the car "NEW" from your dealership in 04/2022 AND I bought the extended warranty thru your dealership) but I found out my repair was 2 months out of the car "NEW" from your dealership in 04/2022 AND I bought the extended warranty thru your dealership) but I found out my repair was 2 months out of warranty. If I knew that before bringing it in, I would have replaced both batteries myself and I would have saved at least $350.00! No matter what, I have always gotten 5 years of service out of a car battery until now, and I'm sure the dealer could have covered my repair if they wanted to. Thanks a bunch. More
