This dealership should be good if you live close to them. But if you are going there from far away it could be not so good. At least what we have experienced. We took delivery of a car on Friday evening, we were coming from out of town, so price was set and all docs were ready and even in F and I office it was good. Things went south when we saw the our Brand new car after all paperwork. On Friday evening, one of the busiest days for dealership to sell the car they were so in hurry to get out they did not even detail the car properly. It was 8 pm and for delivery they put the car in not so lighted area, so they we would not see their "Detailed Cleaning" work. I showed these to sales person and he took pictures and did nothing later on. I had to spend $400 to detail the car in the first week. And all they had to offer was a sorry. Second thing that did not go well is that car has mechanical issues with driver door. And seems like they knew and did not fix it and sold the car. And last thing, I understand when you buy last year's model in the current year you are trading some things but the key fob was all screwed up. Did not notice at the time of delivery. So I called the dealership second day and they said either to make drive down there and they will wash the car and they are sorry for other issues. Now I am scheduling appointments to fix driver door for brand New car that has 250 miles. I believe in buying from local but in this case I would stay away from dealerships like this. More
