The basic service was excellent, the customer service representative, Brittany Brawley, is very professional and knowledgeable. Not happy about me experience at the service center. I bought my car from Weisner and I also purchased my warranty at the same time. I had a check engine light on and the car was making a weird noise. I I bought my car from Weisner and I also purchased my warranty at the same time. I had a check engine light on and the car was making a weird noise. I have been waiting to take in the car for some other issues, so I told the service representative my concerns. Unfortunately, I was told after my car being in the shop for 2 days that none of my items were covered under warranty. Then when I asked to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $300 for no work done. That’s crazy. Don’t ever cover the diagnosis for the check engine light. The issue turned out to be a bad thermostat. The part from AC Delco is around $100. I bought the part at a local part store for $60, the coolant temperature sensor and a gallon of coolant for $100 at my local Auto parts store. it took me bought 45 minutes from start to finish. I am not a mechanic. The quote that I was given for this repair was $960. That included 4.5 hours of labor. You should be ashamed of yourself. That is ridiculous. That is not how you should treat customers, especially someone that bought 2 vehicles from your dealership. More

Cristian was extremely professional through the entire process. I have been researching and shopping for almost a year for the right vehicle to replace my 2020 Ford Explorer. We had looked at another Ex process. I have been researching and shopping for almost a year for the right vehicle to replace my 2020 Ford Explorer. We had looked at another Explorer, Teluride, X5, Lexus, and even the G80. We wanted comfort, luxury and a usable 3rd row. I had NOT intended to buy a vehicle on that particular day, and even told this to Cristian. But after his professional manner with ZERO push, I asked him to tell me more about the Palisade Calligraphy. From the time I arrived on the lot til the time they detailed the vehicle that had recently arrived and I was leaving for home, it was less than 3 hours. Bryce was amazing on the desk as was Justin in F&I. I told each of them that I don’t only make my buying decision based on the price, while we did have discussions about it and it got a little stressful for Cristian 😊. I buy a DEALERSHIP and that is why the only Hyundai dealership I visited was Weisner. I have purchased my daughter a Hyundai previously, but was not satisfied with the dealership. I will not ever return to that dealership even if they are giving them away. I am looking forward to a long term mutually beneficial relationship with the Weisner family More
