Bought a new 2024 Santa Fe from Wiesner. Had a great experience dealing with Ryan Allen (sales manager that initially texted me when getting my online request). I live over an hour drive fro Had a great experience dealing with Ryan Allen (sales manager that initially texted me when getting my online request). I live over an hour drive from the dealership... but they had the exact color/trim I was looking for. Ryan (and his boss/approval mgr) were able to deal with me on the phone and text, and give me final walk-out price over the phone. I didn't want to drive over an hour and end up with 'surprises'. Sure enough - when I got there the car was washed and ready. Paperwork was exactly as expected - not a penny more or penny less. Got through paperwork and finance in short order. Ryan did an excellent walk through of all the features and connectivity features. The tragedy was a 2nd dealer just 15 minutes from my house refused to give me a final walk-out price on the phone - kept insisting I come over and see the car and talk in person. I have no patience for those long painful games. I drove the extra distance to Wiesner and got an acceptable price and completely transparent process. More
