Jens was knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car to me in detail. When they did not have exactly what I was looking for, he helped get a car in from another dealer. The best part of the experience was the honesty, courtesy, and fairness with which I was treated. I shopped around at other dealers who were less upfront and borderline dishonest in their approach.
